Dental Health Services
The Valley Health dental department is considered a model for best practice in West Virginia and southern Ohio for pediatric oral health. Valley Health offers dental services at four of our locations including Westmoreland, Fort Gay, Upper Kanawha and Harts.
Family Practice
Valley Health offers primary care services and family practice serves as the foundation for the organization as well as entry into healthcare treatment.
Internal Medicine
Valley Health internal medicine doctors are board certified and available to meet the specific health needs of the adult population.
Laboratory Services
Each Valley Health sites offers lab services and on-site lab draws. There is a central laboratory housed within our system that handles the processing of all lab specimens.
Nutrition
Valley Health administrates WIC (women, infant and children) locations in six counties in WV (Boone, Cabell, Kanawha, Lincoln, Putnam and Wayne). Participants visit WIC twice a year for growth and nutrition assessment.
OB/GYN
The Valley Health team of obstetricians, certified nurse midwives and nurse practitioner offer complete women’s care including routine pap smears and exams, prenatal and delivery care, through menopause and beyond.
Pediatrics
Valley Health pediatricians are specifically trained to care for children, and all of our pediatricians are board certified. Our family practice doctors are also experts in the care of children.
Pharmacy
The Valley Health pharmacy is available to all of our patients even in remote areas. Discount prescriptions are available to patients through indigent medication programs and 340-B drug pricing.
